Summer Staff

Looking for something to do? Bored of sitting at home? Want to get out of the house? How about the country?

Love Botswana is seeking out leaders for Outreach Expeditions! There is much ministry to be done and so few workers. Why not answer the call to missions and have the summer experience of a lifetime! We are establishing a firmer foundation for on-going ministry year round here in Maun. We are in need of leaders available for our outreach season this June, July and August.

The Summer Staff (3 month program) costs $800 per month with a one time adventure fee of $250. This support covers housing, meals, and other program related expenses.

This does NOT include the cost of airline tickets, incidentals, and personal spending money.

We request email confirmation and a 10% deposit thirty days following acceptance. It is recommended to have $300 to $500 for spending money but is not necessary. Round trip flight is approximately between $1200.00 - $2000.00.

Requirements

• Applicants can be between the ages of 16-75
• Prior missions and/or ministry experience
• Prior international travel preferred (not mandatory)
• Servant hood, self-starter, hard worker
• Must welcome Accountability

Orientation

• Outreach staff will receive 5 days of training in their area with a mock village trip.

Training will Include

• Dry run, hospitality, teaching on servant hood, culture. We will have 30 minutes of corporate devotion and briefing every morning.

Accommodation

• Our goal is to have Dorm style tents (Living with four other people of the same gender), Dorm tents will have beds, a table and chairs.
