A Hunger For More
"Dear Sir, I greet you in the name of our Saviour Jesus Christ. I write this letter very much impressed and blessed by some of your books... especially your Bible entitled Reach for Life. I am still a new Christian who wants to grow in the word of God and your books which I have read have really changed my life. So my plea is if it is possible for you to send me the books which I can read to study the Bible or the word of God... I am struggling with all costs to strengthen my faith... Yours in Christ..."
Gateway to Heaven
"I can feel my tears coming down as I write this because it is so sad to know that I’m going to be separated from you guys. It’s not going to be easy... It has been two golden years with you and I enjoyed every single service I attended. I also received so many blessings which I cannot mention one by one. I was a stranger here in Maun but when I came to the Village Church I felt at home again so thank you once again... I will always call Maun Village Church the “Gateway to Heaven”. - Barbara, Departing Church Member
The Greatest is Love
“But the greatest of these is love" - Ten Commandments
The Village Church members have been used and obeyed the Word of God by going out of their way to assist in words, worship, prayer, being kind and giving transportation to me and my daughter for the whole of last year - 2004. I want to thank you all! - Maun Village Church Member
Prison Ministry
"Our beloved Village Church, In the name of Christ Jesus we take pleasure to express our appreciation to your dedicated love you rendered on us in the year passed. We thank you for making yourselves available for us... We are revived and have hope, thus we see beyond prison life through Christ as He uses you. In our reciprocation prayer we trust that God will bless the church and all individuals needs. Thank you for the spirit of Onesiphorus family (2 Tim. 1:15-17). Spiritual and material gifts you offered are in our hearts and we love you so much at this happy new year. - Worshipping Brothers & Sisters (Prison Ministry)
The Lord Gave Me A Vision
... I am very very happy to have this opportunity to share this testimony with you. This was an amazing thing that our heavenly father showed me in a dream a week before I came to be one of the children’s ministry teachers. God revealed me in dream that I was with some of the Bible School students somewhere with Ms. Pat as our teacher. While we were listening I saw some furniture (a bench) colored or painted green arranged (in such a way). After I had this vision, Mrs. Ann Eberly came to me and said, “OT, could you come and help us at children’s ministry?” You know, my heart started beating... and when I reached the place, I was surprised when I saw the same furniture that I had in my dream! Still now, God keeps on showing me about this children’s ministry... May God bless you, church, and make you strong in faith.

A Family Restored
When my family and I came to Maun (LBOM), we were broken hearted and in need of healing. Jerry and Jana and the LBOM team received us and showed us much grace and love. The end of 2003 was very difficult for us, and we felt spiritually, emotionally and socially devastated in many ways. The past ten months with the mission have been times of healing, refreshing and adventure with God. We have since been experiencing growth and prosperity in all areas. We feel part of the LBOM community.
When we came here, we felt so lost. We felt as those alienated and dead. We however, were touched deeply and uniquely. Thanks be unto God! - The Kgosikwena Family
