Jerry and Jana Ministries, Inc.

Jerry and Jana Lackey Ministries, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 1987 with its headquarters in Houston, Texas. Its purpose is to raise funds for missions work in southern Africa. Directors, Jerry and Jana Lackey are licensed and ordained through Lakewood Church, Joel Osteen; Pastor. Lackey Ministries is accountable to a board of directors. When the Lackeys moved to Maun, Botswana, they established their base of operations in the northern region of Botswana, in the tribal area of Ngamiland. In 1995, the Love Botswana Outreach Mission Trust (LBOM) was formed under the laws of the Republic of Botswana in order to carry out its humanitarian purposes in Africa. It is governed by a local board of trustees.

The Board of Directors that governs this ministry is made up of 10 people. Board of Directors are selected based on their interest and commitment to the work in Africa. All Board members contribute on a regular basis to the work and operations of the ministry.
